Repair and shipping information
Follow the procedure below to send faulty radios to the Service Center. We don't use RMA numbers. Send it to:

Please read shipping procedure below. This is to prevent a delay at the customs;
Note1: Never use the word "RADIO" on any paperwork, use "PDL survey equipment" as description and Harmonized Code:8517620090
Note2: The unit is defective. The value of a defective unit is low. Use a low unit price.
Note3: Make a note: "For Repair and Return".
Make sure that following information is included in the shipping box.
- Company name
- Contact person
- Contact information(Telephone, fax, email)
- Billing address
- VAT Number
- Return shipping address
- Serial and Part number of defective unit
- A description of the problems!
We will repair your unit(s) as soon as possible!
Accepted radios for repair: All radios except for RFM and TM32.
